If you have to ask... probably not.

I think only those that really like how the HUB worked on BB10 will pay for it. In a way the notification screen on Android really gives your everything you need in one place, much like the HUB. But I just missed it and tried it and decided I'd pay for it, as the ads were a real problem... doubt many will use the ad supported version.

I have hub++ and found it pretty good. Gives lots of options for led colors and notifications. But I found it was not convenient for using my quicksettings. I like bedside mode to use it I had to turn off hub++. So now I just use the few led colors offered in BlackBerry 10. That said I have bought a lot of apps just because I reward the efforts of devs who at least gave it good try to make some.
