    I have the native whatsapp from BlackBerry world.
    My problem is I can't send videos to people...
    My os is 10.3.5.2474
    Just get the info that whatsapp cant't opet that video format although I just recorded it with my passport camera
    Any help?

    My be it's your slow network otherwise sending video is working fine on BB10 WhatsApp.

    My connection is very good. I enabled the possibility of sharing pics and that works well now but as soon as I choose a video and press send nothing happens.i tried several times but nothing. I even shorten the video to 65mb but still no success.

    Try If it's in sd card move it to phone memory.

    I added bold to your comment which I believe is the problem. WhatsApp and BBM have a ceiling on the size of the file. 16MB is the max. So if you are at 65MB, it won't send. You will need to use some sort of compression, or perhaps edit it to make it smaller.

    Network limitations.

    Sending gigabytes of video would probably plug Whatsapp's network in Thirdworldistan or wherever.

    I think it is just the latest WA update that extended the expiration date of the app. That's when it happened for two of my phones. Nothing to do with data caps. No videos of any size go now.

    Am facing the same problem after the new update.. doesn't matter what is the size of the video.
    I tried to send a snapshot to support but they replied that there is no more support for WA

    This issue with video sending should now be fixed.
    It wasn't a problem with the update, but rather a problem caused by some server-side changes that happened around the same time.
