    Anybody experiencing the "no service" issue on TMO with their Blackberry Priv? Every now and then I lose service and have to reboot. There is a thread regarding this issue with ATT. Looking for a solution. Thx!

    I would call TMO directly. (One of the best customer service folks). They do this remote thing with the Network that re-registers your device.

    Thank you coffe-turtle. NOw my contacts are duplicating. I had no issues with this phone but all of a sudden it is acting up.

    Not sure why that is happening, but you can go to Contacts. Pull down the top of the screen and hit Settings. Turn on: Automatically Merge Contacts.

    Fixed the contact issue but the no service situation continues. I only have a few more months before I can jump. I just want a phone that works.

    Currently having the same issue on ATT. I have to reboot my phone several times a day. They wont service my phone because the glass has damage though. Still owe over 400 on the phone....

    Started having this issue about 3 weeks ago. Only a restart fixes it.. my phone is from t mobile. They've already exchanged it for a new one... same problem.

    Just a FYI, there are two means to "register" and "resync" your BlackBerry without rebooting.

    System->settings->network. Then click the three dots for more options.

    Download the latest update. It fixes the issue. Workaound. Select 4g,3g,2g not LTE.
