I have been using Password Keeper on my Android for the past few weeks and now I want to transfer the records back to BB10. Imagine my surprise when I found out that it was NOT POSSIBLE! The Android Password Keeper exports the passwords with a .pkb2 extension. The Password Keeper on BB10 only accepts .pkb files!

This would be alright if each version only worked with their own extension but no! You can import your BB10 passwords into the Android Password Keeper but going the other way around is a no go! What Blackberry does here is make "downgrades" impossible. This seems like a Google/Apple move and totally out of Blackberry character. Working with Google must have rubbed off on them!

Export from the Android PW Keeper in .csv format. The BB10 PW Keeper will import that file.
