Question: I bought a DTEK 50 from Amazon. On Amazon's site there seems to be two colors. I bought the Carbon Gray and the other one seems to be black Is the Carbon Gray the only variation or am I missing something. Are all DTEK 50's backs GRAY.. Also the variation I have does not get LTE from ATT only reads 4G.

Did you maybe get the European model? The NA model has the correct frequencies for AT&T & T-Mobile FD-LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17, 20, 29 (AT&T uses 2, 4, 5 and 17). The European model has FD-LTE 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28A (2100/1900/1800/2600/900/800/700 MHz)
TD-LTE 38, 40, 41 (2600/2300/2500 MHz) (so it's missing 4, 5 & 17, and THAT could be an issue)

Called ATT and they had me setup on my last phone. I am getting LTE now.

You probably just needed to tweak a setting or they did. Glad you got it sorted.

Then that concerns me. The DTEK 50 that I got in my hands has a Carbon Gray back

I would say the carbon gray color is the only one...every picture and review video I've seen for it looks like a dark gray in color, but sometimes in the light, it looks black

IT IS..Carbon Grey..but I had to remove my BLACK leather case to look at it.
