    Hey folks got another z10 and loving it again. But question. Sometimes when I go to open some apps they open and other times I get a black screen and nothing. Such as The Score and Viber. Both have been downloaded from the BlackBerry World. But others work fine like this Crackberry app.

    One more thing I've noticed when I see them not opening I'm like ok I'll reset the device. So hold the top button and wait for the reset option to pop up and hit it. However all I see is the BlackBerry logo afterwards and nothing is happening so I have to do a battery pull. Anyone else experience this glitch? oh and ive tried a couple of times to reset my phone by holding down the volume buttons but this doesnt seem to work. It definetly worked on my older z10, and yes the volume buttons do work on this z10

    Was this a "new" Z10 or a used Z10?

    Used z10. It was wiped nothing was on it.

    Those are both Android apps, right? They should load eventually (or show you a pop-up asking if you'd like to wait or close the app).

    Just a pitch black screen!!! The score isn't android I downloaded it from BlackBerry World. However other apps still open up perfect like this one!

    The BlackBerry World version is an Android app. How many Android apps do you have installed on your phone? If you have a lot, try uninstalling some of them, restarting your phone, and see if that helps?

    Sooooooo many developers are abandoning their apps...AFP, Reuters, F1 Racing, etc. It's totally frustrating! Email, SMS, etc are the only uses I'm getting out of my Z10 ...it's pissing me off!!!!!
