    I have upgraded to the 8310, and now i don't get all me emails. When i am on the road i get a few from different accounts and then when i reach in office i see others just staring at me. What can I do? I send service books and all come to me, but when i send a test email only a few arrive. What might be the matter? My provider says all emails are indeed validated. HELP!!!!

    go to your blackberry internet service and see whats wrong with everything.
    have you checked your email settings and all that?

    are there certain emails that you do not get? or is just totally random?

    everything checks out in BIS and the emails that i miss are random and from random accounts at random times.

    I think i found a work around. In Outlook, I left a copy of the message on the server. Some take about 2-5min to arrive on the device, but others like the gmail is instant. But i do now get all emails. What is your take?

    If all else fells try deleting all accounts from the phone and bsi web site, clear everything, backup your bb, than re-configure your mail accounts.
