I have just spent an hour in live chat talking to o2 gurus to try and find out why my 'phone won't access the internet when I am away from my home wireless system. I pay �6 a month for a bolt-on that does nothing. Initially they said I had the wrong bolt-on, so they put the right bolt-on onto my 'phone and it still didn't access the internet. Then they said I didn't actually need a bolt on...

I have gone into all the required settings to get it to work - and still it won't go onto the internet. To add to my woes, the sim, when put in my husband's z10, accessed the internet like a breeze. Any ideas?
