So I'm Havin a BlackBerry z30 and it's not detecting sim card. In a million tries it detects the sim card of only on carrier and that's IDEA oh yes I'm in india and the phone is also network unlocked but when it detects the sim after some time it says technical problem and that the sim card was blocked...Is there any solution and sorry for my bad grammar I was in a hurry

Have you tried this SIM card in another phone to see if the problem's with the card itself? Is the SIM card active (with some airtime still on it?)

No dude I tried this sim on IPhone, it's working but it's not working in only this

My uncle gifted it, he bought it from germany ( Sorry Forgot to mention it) he lives in berlin and visits us onve in a year.....bla bla

Which other carrier's SIM are you trying (the one that doesn't work?)
And when you say you tried the other carrier's SIM in an iPhone: was that a nano-SIM?

I also used a Reliance sim card and I phone 4 doesn't really need nano sim ( The idea and reliance sims both are Perfectly micro)

Haha. This one isn't too hard to answer: I'm Indian by birth! Plus Reliance Jio is really interesting to me as they're an all-LTE carrier. There aren't too many of those yet.

A carrier that doesn't have any pre-LTE networks of their own--either because they're launching as LTE or because they have re-farmed everything to LTE (what a lot of carriers are going to end up doing, eventually.) So while Reliance Jio has roaming agreements with other carriers, voLTE is primarily how they expect their calls to be made.
