Is it normal for there to be a delay between the speaker volume and volume button when watching media?

Was watching netflix and the volume also went low on its own.

Have it in the BlackBerry leather case.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

I'm hoping someone could help, tried searching and only post I could find was people having volume problems using headphones.

Another issue I've now discovered is the keyboard volume is way too low even after I max out the volume.

Like the key press feedback - if I increase the volume to the max, it will be loud for one key and then it drops back down on its own, so every time I press the keys you can't hear much.

This is in addition to what pretty much is the same problem, the volume adjusts and then readjusts itself while watching content...
