Im using a Windows 7 laptop, i've plugged in my playbook via the USB connection. I"ve got a number of PDF files i've copied onto the device, however when I look on the device, there are no documents. Why cant i see them on the device when theyre showing as present on windows explorer as being on the device.

You need to find the path of the files and do you have something to help you open the pdfs?

Can you find the files in the PB file manager? Do they definitely have a .pdf extension?

I'm amazed you were even able to connect your pb to windows 7 via usb. I have never been able to do it. I end up doing all that wirelessly. Are you sure its your playbook uou are seeing ?

When you connect your Playbook to your pc, can you find the files you transferred to the Playbook , look in the drive mapped to "Z" (Playbook itself), and then drill down into that "folder", again, which is the Playbook. They should be somewhere in there.

I recently was able to load new music onto my pb with windows 10. The desktop software is useless, it just reads as a mass storage device. Worked for me

I can confirm that PB connects without any issues to Win7.

The stock File Manager does support file tranfers over Bluetooth via BB Bridge.
