    Hi All,

Under low light conditions, the keyboard on our Red 8310 is barely readable.

At first glance, it looks like the backlight is not on, but it is.

You can make out the numbers easily, but the letters on the right side of phone is hard to see.

Is this because the keys are black on the Red compared to the Titanium?

We have the Titanium as well and it's bright.

Or, is there something wrong with the backlight on this particular phone?

Any Red 8310 owners out there who can chime in?

    Thank you for your help.

    Big Smile

Is your backlight working on your screen?
Im not sure I understand. I've got the red monstah as well, and the only issue I've had is that the light under the keypad sometimes doesn't turn on when I'm using the phone.

Ok this is old, but I have 2 8310's and both have started some times the key board doesnt light up.

Is there anything I can do for it to fix it?

If you have the option to automatically dim backlight turned on then your berry will not turn on any backlights if there's enough light around you. Hope that helps.
