    I have BB Q5 having OS10.3. three days ago i connected that with blackberry link on my PC and reload to the default factory setting. Now after almost more than 50 hours my BB Q5 screen shows circle having 98% only and not any further action. please tell me how to fix this problem?

    download Blackberry Link for Windows or Mac. So when BBL is installed connect to Mac or PC. Then go to Preferences/Settings > Libraries and press Reload. So turn off your phone and hold power button till it light goes red/grean and release power button. And it will reinstall your BB about 15 min.
