I cannot comment on the Priv but of the others you have mentioned, the Passport has exceptional calling and voice and has the best quality speaker IMHO. There are 4 mics on the Passport, which greatly enhances the quality of calls compared to any other device that I have used. My personal opinion only.

I have the PP black. My neighbor and good friend has a Classic and it is definitely not as loud as my Passport.

The Classic has the best ear speaker in my opinion... Also the best call clarity on a BlackBerry device to date... The Priv and Passport are pretty close 2nds...

I own both. Blackberry Passport is the loudest for sure over the Classic. But clarity on the receiving end (the person your talking to) goes to the Classic. But the Passport is no slouch and nobody on the receiving end will complain about the Passport as it is exceptional. Just the Classic is slightly better. Hope this helps.

Yes, I own both a Classic (daily driver) and Priv (line 2) currently and I was the owner of the Original Passport (no longer in use...) I have owned and used all 3... Classic has the better ear piece and better call clarity over the Passport and Priv... This is NOT saying the Priv or Passport suck, just stating when it comes to calls, the Classic is the victor...

Thank You, friends! Different opinions))) I mean ear piece - yes. I don't mind about the receiving end. All of my business partners have iPhones. And I also use iPhone, but after three or four BB devices, which I have used - the clarity of calls and very silent ear piece are annoying.

There were big problems with the call clarity and lte and 3G loss in PP SE. My colleague told me that it is because BB rebuilt the position of antennas.

Well, i used to have a classic and now I'm rocking the black Passport along with the PRIV and i can say:

- ear piece volume: the classic slightly wins over its two siblings followed by PRIV and the PP
- ear piece call clarity: PRIV wins followed by PP and Classic
- the noise cancellation: PRIV slightly wins over the PP (not sure about the PP SE) then the Classic follows. I used to call a friend on my PP and he still could hear my voice but when i switched to the PRIV and made the call from the same spot (it's an exhibition packed with lots of people inside the hall), this time my friend on the other side was surprised, he thought i specially moved out of the crowd into a quiet room just to pick his call AS according to what he heard, it's just my voice with NO noise at all. On my end, with the ear piece volume, i feel that with the PRIV i can hear the other's voice a bit louder compared to the one on my PP, helping me to talk in a busy environment.

However, when it comes to the speaker phone... none of the Classic or the PRIV would beat the beast, the PP. It's the BEST speakerphone I've ever had and in a meeting, i never have to find a speakerphone as i can use my PP straight away as my speaker..

The passport hands down. Never had a z30 but I heard it had loud speakers too.
