    If you are on BB10 you will only see BBM Video if your contact is also on BB10. Also it seems only show on Wifi sometimes,

    Apparently, ios can video call to bb10, but not the other way around. Voice calling only bb10 to ios or Android.

    Bb10 can video call bb10.

    I think that there is a setting to not allow video calling on data to reduce data consumption.

    At this point ONLY Android/iOS devices can use BBM video with each other. Unfortunately BB10 is not part of the equation. Hopefully it will be implemented soon.
