Hi guys I've downloaded the autoloader from the BlackBerry site for my device. After the update, my pin appeared on the side of the screen, I also can't change the wallpaper and a lot of other features have been disabled. I know I should've read before I installed this. Do u perhaps know of any other 10.3.2 autoloader that works properly and have most or all of the features the device had. Apparently I can't downgrade. Any help please

I hope you didn't install the autoloader for 10.3.3. If so, you can't go back to 10.3.2.

Before you go ahead and download, let us know what version of autoloader you actually downloaded and installed.
This will help us point you in the right direction and help save your data if necessary

Nope it wasn't 10.3.3. The current version I have is 10.3.2.283
