Hey folks how's it going. So I've always had ample storage space cause I have a memory card.

From what I recall I had almost 1/3 free space always! However past 2 days my device is giving me notification that storage is almost full. So I opened up and to my surprise it is. Not sure the sudden jump! But guess I'll start deleting apps.

Insta10 has a huge storage amount. Is this normal? I've attached a picture.

    Cheers

Sorry furthermore I've noticed under the Device monitor / Storage lists the apps and sizes. However when you click on one then lists data it stores which could be more space then the actual app itself.

Is their away to clear all data stored at once or do you have to open up each application individually.

    Cheers

Did you ever get help on this? My System is taking up 11.7 GB out of 16, I have no pictures, no videos, no added apps that did not come with Z10.

You must have had a prior update get interrupted or something. You will only be able to clear this out with a clean install of the OS.

I just spent 1/2 hour deleting apps etc. I've always had more than 1/2 storage free. But something happened about 2 weeks ago. I cleared about 2 free gb now. Hopefully this helps.

    Cheers

I'm fairly sure you could have deleted the cache of cb and inst10 to free up a fair amount of space.

Regarding below "clean install of OS"...How do I do a clean install, when already installed, and no updates available?

You reload your OS with BlackBerry Link. Or run an autoloader.
