    i wiped my bb z10, but it stoped at 98% and after 24 hours it is still on 98%. please help me out from this problem.

    Hold power button for a few seconds, turn off and restart. It will wiping... good luck.

    after holding power button for a few seconds, now it's showing (www.bberroe.com/bb10-0015)
    and i tried to RELOAD with blackberry link but it's not working.please help.
