I've owned a BlackBerry Z30 for 6 months and I am now experiencing streaks and fuzziness in white and grey backgrounds.
Very noticeable in apps. particularly when I scroll.
If I were to look at the stock wallpapers, eg the gradient type, there would be much noise, streaks and an uneven tone.

Firstly, is this an known issue with AMOLED screens as they age?

Secondly, how do I get the screen replaced under warranty, if this is a screen becoming defective?
Is there a direct contact available for BlackBerry UK?

I'm running OS 10.3.2.2836.
