I have 2 Z30s and have decided to sell the black one. I've done a security wipe. What else do I need to do to it so the new owner will be able to use it right away? It is an unlocked one that I bought from Shop BlackBerry. Thanks

Make sure you turn off Blackberry Protect.

If you're on OS 10.3.2, make sure that BlackBerry Protect is disabled for that device.

Make sure to REMOVE the device from the list on BlackBerry Protect website. That'll do it. I have done this to my recently sold Q10 and OG Passport and both clients were happy.

Thank you all for the notes. I have turned off BlackBerry Protect and then did a security wipe. I will also check BlackBerry Protect website to make sure it's not there. It's going on craigslist today.
