    Greetings,

I've already tried the posting in the BlackBerry forum, and thought I would try here...

I would like to download the TD app:

    http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/10661/

However, there is no "Download" button in BlackBerry World. I uploaded a screenshot. The download button should be below the TD logo.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks,
    Shane.

Don't bother worrying about it because the app is useless anyway. It won't work, period!

The PlayBook is in the list of Supported Devices.

    My playbook got it..
I see. And thanks for the screenshot. I don't know why I'm not getting a Download button.

Are you using WiFi or Mobile Network to connect to BB World?

I was using WiFi. I tried the mobile network, and had the same problem.

I followed the link and mine said my configuration was not supported, not the device. Perhaps it wants flash or java script turned off. Both are on on my PB. I don't actually want it but I thought it might be helpful.

I turned off Flash and JavaScript, and the Download button appeared.

Now I'm getting "Install Error: [0008]: There was a problem during installation. Please try again."

Knowledge Base article 31428 says that this is due to low space, but I have 12 GB free.

Some people think that this error has something to do with the developer not signing the app before submitting it to App World.

Forgive this question but are you trying to get this App via the PB BlackBerry World App or perhaps the BlackBerry World website?
As to the install error, try deleting your WiFi connection then restart your PB and re-create the WiFi connection.
Once connected again, launch the PB BlackBerry World, select My World then Refresh List. No guarantees mind you ;-)

I can't open BlackBerry World using the native browser. When I type in the address, it automatically opens BlackBerry World (the browser stays open).

When I open BlackBerry World in OrigamiBrowser and go to the TD app, I get a message saying "Visit this item in BlackBerry World on your PlayBook to download".

I will try the steps above.

    Thanks,
    Shane.

Forget accessing via browsers... there should be a BlackBerry World app icon on your PB home screen. What happens when using that to download your app?

I never tried it through the browsers (until you asked).
