    I'm trying to synchronize the contacts of my outlook account, isn't a business one, is just an regular hotmail account, is registered in my Torch 9810 and receiving E-Mails correctly, but when i try to synchronize my contacts, it doesn't pass the initializing phase of synchronization on enterprise activation app, some thoughts on this?

    you could try resending the service books? if that fails, try to remove, reboot and readd the account?
