    Current Software Release: 10.3.2.2836
    The problem is being faced since last 1-2 months. Already tried security wipe, software reload and new sim change but the problem persists. Same sim works fine in other handsets.

    How can there be sudden damage? I visited the service center today but they were unable to suggest anything. They were asking to submit the handset for 30days. Moreover, when I did 2 security wipes as suggested by the BlackBerry executive over email. The 3G connected for few seconds. But now it is not getting any network in 3g.

    I searched different threads on Crackberry. This is being faced by many z3 users and that too after the last update. How can so many devices get their radio hardware damaged together at once?

    For reference/
    Quick Settings Menu
    • Click on Mobile Network
    • At the bottom, click on the settings icon
    • You will see the APN there

    Via Settings
    • Click on Networks and Connections
    • Click on Mobile Network
    • At the bottom, click on the settings icon
    • You will see the APN there

    Make sure that APN matches what your ISP says.

    I had a problem with a device and it required manually setting the APN to get it to work. If it comes to that here is the link How to Change/Set the APN on Blackberry 10 Devices

    roleli, my apn is absolutely correct what carrier asks for which is airtelgprs.com but still no luck. Not to mention factory reset and so reinstall

    Report the issue on the Blackberry support forums. It might be an issue with the update and also onTwitter @blackberry and @blackberryhelp. Hopefully the respond.

    I already reported this to Blackberry support but they were unable to solve the issue. I reported this to twitter, initially they replied but when they were unable to give any solution they stopped reponding.

    I respected BlackBerry but what I realize now is that it is an expensive piece of plastic with no basic services that a hardware offers which called 3g mobile .
    I still love it's intelligent keyboard which is making me get all help I can but I am about to give up.

    I am using Blackberry Z3 and my 3G working fine. To start the 3G you have to change the network mode into 3G. have you change it, if not go to setting and network mode and select 3G.

    Have you tried using it in 2G mode? The problem might be from the network provider.
