Well if you look at the digital signature of the file when its on you PC, you will see it says it was signed on the 26th. They probably have a new ones out all the time, its just trying to get them leaked that's hard.

good cuz i didnt crash until i installed .75... also typing doesnt seem faster.. it might be just a bit. it does move a little more fluidly between screen modes / transitions but nothing amazing. i wasn't EXPECTING that but i am excited to see what later and later versions will show

What a nightmare for RIM. If they wanted .75 released they would have released it to the public. Now all sorts of people have it. Blog posts and news articles are being written about as if it is the update they were about to release. People will find bugs in it and think "well its good but not as good as I thought it could be" and the complaints will continue with RIM taking the blame.

Some people who think they are helping may end up doing more harm to the brand then good. Thats why they don't make the call on what is released and when the release happens.

yeah i wasnt complaining if your speaking about my post. i beta test software whenever I can. latest / greatest w our w out bugs.. ill take it. if this is leaked tho and people use it, why not comment on it? never said RIM sucked or BB sucked or verizon sucked for that matter. actually quite shocked this is already out

plus plenty of ppl have asked if its worth DLing.. i think most are aware its not official.. "LEAKED" kinda gives that away

from BGR apparently .76 has some benefits over .75 but a few terrible flaws

such as the camera not working well at all and browser speeds being slower, not to mention the back button not working sometimes...

Im sticking with .75

I could care less what BGR says, theres not that much difference between .75 & .76. It's not like theres a night and day difference. It's not like .65 compared to .75. Is .76 better than .75, yes. But it's not like he tries to make it sound. lol

Exactly, people need to keep in mind that there is no guarantee that .76 will even be the official version. So just sit back, relax, and enjoy .75 while you can. Oh yeah and just breathe.
