    trying to use the BBm on my BB 9790 device. i send in messages and it gives me the X sign. i try to change my dp and it says '' complete your blackberry setup''. how do i go about it?

    I too having same issue. I have a bis plan. But I get error saying unable to complete setup.

    @daniel.. if question is to me. My problem started last night.. I opened BBM and it started with a dialogue setting up BBM. And than the error. I restarted my phone than again same error. BBM on z30 is my private BBM. 9790 is what I use for work so selecting conflicting bbid is out of question.
