    my bb 9360 wont fully boot for 2weeks the red light comes on and boot screen appers then quater way into the boot it restarts nd the whole thing repeats now ive tried all the tips nothing seems to work,the red light turns off immediatly when i enter bbsak and i get a message of no device detected the same happens when i enter loader.exe the red light will come on and the device number will be shown but as soon as i click next the light goes off and i get a message stating that a fatal error has occured while updating device...pls help

    If that doesn't fix it (which might take a few times) then it's dead.
