Hey everyone, Passport is absolute the best phone ever for me. Since a couple of weeks I noticed a green blurry spot in the right cornerbof the screen. I only see it on dark screens, with white screen I dont see the spot. Could this be caused by overheating and should I go back to Store/Blackberry with it?

    Many thnx

Hi it could be a hardware fault. Request a replacement or repair under warranty from your point of purchase. Would be nice to see a picture just so we know what we're dealing with

If it's a hardware problem, you'll need to take a picture of the phone with something else. A screenshot won't show anything.

I think that will depend on whether they determine it's a hardware fault or user damage.

As long as it isn't pressure or water damage it should be covered under warranty. I had this same issue and sent my Passport back for a new one.

Did you ever find out what caused this. After a long time with my passport, I got this green screen spot out of nowhere! I didn't drop it or anything, the screen protector on top of the screen is flawless, there must be some reason for this.

PS: Sorry for resurrecting such an old thread.
