i am blocked my previous BB10 id without turn off my anti theft feature now i sign in with new id but my device want the id that use to setup time now what should i do...

I think you need to wipe your phone first for it to take a new id

Sign in with your old ID (if it is *your* old ID), make sure the anti-theft is disabled then run a security wipe.

There is no way around it. Unless you can remember your old BBID, you have a new brick.
