Has BlackBerry already finished acquisition of Good Technology? A read some article of Forbes, but I didn't find any more info here on CB.

BlackBerry expects the transaction to be completed toward the end of the company�s 2016 fiscal third quarter and is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

Thanks. Let's see what impact will be on BB10 after the acquisition is done.

A sidenote, my employer offers BYOD program via Good for enterprise. So I tried to log in using Good for Android. The login succeeded but then it displayed "unsupported operating system". I guess this is just a soft check rather than real incompatibility.

I thought some GOOD shareholders are suing to stop the sale as they believe it was negligently undervalued.

Acquisition was completed this week and new branding has been announced. The new company will combine BlackBerry and Good into BLOOD.



Obviously I'm just kidding about the new branding... but the acquisition did finalize this week so we are anticipating some big announcements regarding new roadmaps anytime now...
