Hi I am on 10.3.2.2474 on my Q10, I just received my Mi Band yesterday and I have tried almost everything I could have find on Internet and still could not pair my band with my mobile. Just to check the band I tried pairing the band with android phone and it worked flawlessly, can anyone guide me through the steps or troubleshoot the issue, I always get No band found when searching in the mi fit app but the default blackberry app is showing mi smart device in found devices.

I seem to find the problem with Bluetooth permissions,

Now after updating the app and using the modded app from miui forums, whenever I launch the app a popup shows regarding Bluetooth permissions come and go so fast that I can not even respond and it arises even while the Bluetooth is activated, I do feel their might be some issue with the app connecting to bluetooth,

How can I change the bluetooth permissions of the app.

I can't get Polar Flow to such with my Polar V800 device either. Same problem, different fitness manufacturer!

Hi man.
I got the mi band few days ago and I have the same problem like you.
My Mi Band cannot be paired with my BB Classic. I have now installed the new version of BB OS10 and the mi fit app is too the newest.
I can sign in (Mi fit) succesfully,but the pairing is still unable.
Did you find a way to make it works properly?
Write me please some advice, i am going crazy of this problem.

For me now it works perfectly with my passport (on latest bb10 OS) with the latest version of mifit available on SNAP.
What i just had to do was:
1/ delete others bluetooth devices registered with my passport
2/ reboot
3/ open mi fit app
4/ open the bluetooth and refresh list of available bluetooth devices
5/ when i see the "mi 1s" in the list, i go fastly to the mi fit app previously opened and i launch pairing
It works and now i have my band 1s working perfectly.

Yeah, do not pair using the bluetooth settings but via the mifit app
