    I bought a new battery for a curve 9360. When i installed it and plugged it into the charger the screen shows a battery with an x through it, and the phone will not turn on. What can i do to fix it

    Where did you buy it and what did you pay for it? Was it a BlackBerry branded battery or a non BlackBerry "replacement battery"? Unfortunately, counterfeit brand name batteries are also common.

    I see CrackBerry has them on sale for $11.95.
