    Video chat gone after reinstalling os 1917 using desk top manager on pc. Happened same with another machine. Help....What did I do wrong? Others have had this same problem.

    Always wanted to find a genius in this area. Thanks.
    So, doing a security wipe is better than reloading the os using desktop. This information should be better known. A friend had a completely bricked PB until I reloaded OS. Everything works, except a few apps, including Video Chat. If I call using VC, the accept, decline shows up....but VC will not open.
