    I have working on this for hours including doing a total wipe. Still no Password Keeper Icon in applications. None of the posted solutions on the web work. Do I just use something else?

    Connect to the Desktop Software > Applications.
    Scroll to Protect and click to install it and follow the remaining prompts to complete.
