So on Friday (5days ago) I've started security wipe on my z30 and it still hasn't finished.. Took ~24h to reach 97%, another ~24h till 98%, than ~35h till 99% and now another ~35h and still hasn't reached 100%..
Don't know if this is some kind of a bug or what, because I've done security wipe before (on 10.3.1) and it took just about couple hours.

gotta be a bug! No way it should take more than 35-40 minutes!

Restart it or use link, go to preferences and then to reload. It should restart the phone. The wipe will start over but finish a lot faster. At least that's what I did when my wipe was taking way too long. If none of those work use an autoloader.

It will, one way or another. I don't know what they did to the wipe to make it take so long or pause but there is certainly a bug there.

What i did before was try to delete all the stuff that i can manually (apps, files) before wiping. Takes less than 15 mins to complete the wipe this way w/o using link.

After 24 hours stuck at 98%, I held the power button until it restarted. The wipe began again and finished in about 10 minutes.
