I own a BB Q10 and I have not received any update.
I'm wodering why?

The update released two days ago, he was not global?

Canada got 2252 and 2339.

2639 is the global (outside NA) release.

Not sure if and when we will get it.

I can confirm that TELUS / BlackBerry is now offering Software Release 10.3.2.2474 / OS Version 10.3.2.2639. I'm seeing it pushed to our Classic and Passport fleets and assume the rest of the device models as well-I just haven't checked yet.

Edit: It's odd though if I go and check via Sachesi it's not showing the update. This was being shown on my personal Passport and the several work Classics-hmm!

I can confirm that TELUS / BlackBerry is now offering Software Release 10.3.2.2474 / OS Version 10.3.2.2639. I'm seeing it pushed to our Classic and Passport fleets and assume the rest of the device models as well-I just haven't checked yet.

Only for factory unlocked devices at the moment. Telus is NOT pushing it.

That was my reaction as well - I manage a fleet and these are ALL locked to TELUS.

And this was a combination of devices (Classics) on Wi-Fi and Cellular and my personal locked Passport... so that's why I went back and editted the post because when I checked with sachesi it's not showing the update, so very confused! I'll keep an eye on it though as if this is being indirectly widespread I'll know by tomorrow morning because of my BES reports! ;-)

Yes - My passport for example was purchased from a different dealer then who now deal with and that was almost a year ago. The classics are brand new out of box, although they were all from the same shipment.

I actually have a brand new one in box that hasn't even been turned on yet-Let me fire it up and see what happens-I'll not put it on Wi-Fi but use a valid TELUS NanoSIM to test... these have the TELUS UPC on the box and everything. It won't take long to find out, let me report back :P

Wait.. what, how does that confirm anything? I've unboxed almost every single one of our BB10 devices in the past two and a half years and all of them you could update to the latest software release that BlackBerry/TELUS had authorized. It's actually more normal for me to unbox these devices and update their firmware first on Wi-Fi to the latest version before a valid SIM ever puts put into the tray and into the device.

That doesn't tell you anything. You should have tried it before you put the SIM in.

How about now? I though I brought home 2x SONIM 5560's, turns out they were Classics and only one 5560. And just for the record, when I got home the Wife's Z10 did not have the update but when I checked with her a few minutes ago it had already downloaded and installed and was prompting to reboot.

So very weird this isn't showing up on the live servers, but it's definitely legit, IMO.

Just a suggestion since the OP was asking about receiving the update in Canada. Might save people a bit of time if they live elsewhere.
