    No, but that'll be electrical interference. Have you tried changing the headphones to see if it goes away? They may be badly shielded.

    Could be a faulty charger that's not outputting a smooth 5v DC. If the voltage has even a slight 50/60 cycle ripple on it, you could hear it through headphones.
