    Battery issue Z10-img_20150903_064026.png. Can someone help me in understanding why battery of my phone suddenly died. This happens very frequently now a days.

    same thing happened to me and it shutdown at 80,70,85 etc. Remove battery and put charger for 1hr and then put battery and charge it to 100% and stay connected with charger to another 3-4hrs. Then remove battery for 1hr. And after that start your phone by inserting battery and run. Now battery will work fine. It's a battery calibration problem.
    see what i faced and now problem solved.

    I found using a white eraser to clean the battery contacts on my phone and the battery helped a lot.

    no need to get new battery, try my method, before I also think to buy new battery. But by this method my battery recovered and now working perfectly.
