Just upgraded from the z10 to the z30. Can't send pictures with text messages. Also text threads are not matching contacts. Help. Called Verizon Wireless they couldn't help sent me to blackberry customer service. I am waiting for them to call me back.

i've done the same thing like you but i don't have any issues
first connect your phone to your pc and on the bb link click on reload ,then when finished do a sec data wipe and don't restore from back up just start from scratch and you will not have any issues
if you moved everything from z10 to z30 via link that's what's causing your problems

Using device monitor try stopping blend that fixed it for me
