Those tests mean nothing. You have options:

1) Reload your OS and rule that out. 99% chance that won't help but whatever.
2) It's a hardware issue. Get a replacement, fix it yourself or buy a new phone.

Which device? Z30 has been known problem of mic. Several users have faced mic problem. Even, I had to get replaced last year my Z30 because of mic problem. But, atleast try installing OS a latest one and see if problem persists, take to service centre.
Be careful, BB service centre is awful in India. It took mine case around 4 months and that too several complaints at higher ups.

Be careful, BB service centers are in very bad shape. No attention at all for customer care and there are no inventories also.
