Can someone explain why we don't have the Uber app? I thought with the new update we'd be able to download it but no. I'm not a happy camper and slowly becoming the **** of many jokes every time I have to say I have a BlackBerry and I'm limited to what apps I can use.

Agreed. M.uber.com looks exactly like the app. Just bookmark it to your homepage after you log in. Thereafter, it'll work just like the app...even has an icon!

The mobile site is designed in HTML5. If you remember correctly, this is something that the BB10 browser really excels at.

Email Uber and ask them to update your account to use the mobile site. After that, it will work as advertised.

Email [email protected] and tell them you want to access uber through m.uber.com. Tell them you're using BlackBerry 10 and we want an app too.

I set up my uber account and when I try to gain access through m.uber.com, I get an error message talking me to download the app (which I don't have) or to visit http://t.uber.com/support.

I sent an email to m.uber. com and I'm waiting for a reply.

In my first request to Uber I did ask for access to m.uber.com and they replied they only have an app for OS 7. I sent a second email asking is there any work around access for OS 10? No response. I just sent a third email asking for access again through m.uber.com. A day later and I still don't have access and need uber today! This is disappointing and a lot, just to get an app!

There is a new app called Uper in the beta zone. It is a skin for Uber and it is a native app.
