    I haven't received an update!
    My BBM world doesn't show some apps that I need. Crackle and Netflix aren't available! :-(

    Search these forums and you'll quickly see that Netflix is not officially supported on BB10 hence it's not available.

    Crackle nor Netflix are available through blackberry world or amazon app store. You need to side load them. Get the apk. Search the forums for apks.
