It's a bit of a workaround, but yes, you can sign into Google+ now. See Cobalt's thread:

Actually this is my case, I transferred my account from ip6 and now playing simultaneously between the Z10 and the iPad.

I wasn't able to do it. I just spent half a day installing from Cobalt's page. I installed everything and when the game launched it still says I'm not connected to Google play. Any ideas?

Did you also patch the apk with Lucky patcher? That's one of the crucial steps. The unaltered apk won't work

Yes. But you don't need to re-whitelist.

Correct. Cobalt built-in most of the Google Apps and some Supercell games right into his modified Google Play Services.

Guys just follow the steps in cobalt thread.
I installed the white list but didn't use it thought.

I install from snap/Google play.
2- Patch using luck patcher.
3- delete the icon installation on my home screen.
4-install the patched Apk again.
5-Open sign in.

Just follow the instructions!!!

You can't install Google Play Services from play store. That is clearly laid out.

I already install the patched play games app, patched coc, and google play services that not came from play store. So i open coc, try to connect, when it tries to connect to play games, after 2 secs there's pop up. Says, unknown issue to the google play games

The OS is better than when you first got your Z10, but the hardware seems anemic with the demands the OS places on it. Z30 is a better option.
