    .. I be able to update to their newest version?

    I'm assuming the reason for their asinine delay is they're busy deciding how much longer to **** us or perhaps they're trying to get wifi calling to work on 10.3.2.

    Any insight?

    Hmm..

    Was thinking of installing 10.3.2.2339 which is the latest, but if the TMobile trolls release a sub version, am I screwed?

    ..or will they issue an "add-on" that contains the wifi calling feature?

    It appears that any OS development is on the same branch that 2339 is on, which means that whatever later OS updates will be considered newer for the purposes of OTA update.
