Hi Experts

My BB Q10 SQN100-3 went on a battery drain and wont charge, tried the possible wall charge / pull n insert battery but no luck. Ordered a new battery NX1 and received the same, wall charged for 8 hours and still repeating the same restarting loop
- gets to the blackberry screen , moves on to blackberry 10 , gets to home screen with battery flash symbol @ 1% , then turns off to reboot. Also tried connecting to PC and reloading OS , got an upgrade to 10.3.1.1799 , after installation no luck, still the same Sometimes shows the battery sign on the display and won't get to the boot logo.

Any suggestions on how to get this back running ? appreciate your insights

try a wipe and fresh reinstall

tried that , an upgrade to 10.3.1.1799 wipes the device , but device not stable when completing boot ...keeps restarting

Hi, you may use multiwipe software :
( http://www.mediafire.com/download/rg...1e/SIC_1.1.rar )
It's making a total erasing of the phone, and after that, reload the os with the latest official OS.

It has worked for me, when a normal wipe was not succeeding,

thanks for your suggestion- I tried using multi-wipe and reloading [ Q10_10.3.01.1154_SQN100-1-2-3-4-5 ] = didn't work
used multi-wipe again , loaded [ Q5-Q10-10.3.1.1016 ] = didn't work , just holding back not trying with 10.3.2

Got another battery , that makes it 2 new ones so far, both wont kick the device. It gets to the boot screen, loading and verifying blackberry features, initial set-up screen, wouldn't let me complete, turns off. Also tried getting a universal battery charger - the device with 2 pins ( for + & - ) and tried, same thing.

I know the device isn't dead yet, but not clear how to get it back fully working.

Hi, soryy for this long delay .
As it has been the case for me too, the best I did was bringing it to a phone repair center and ask for a debrick of my phone, and the r�installation od the original os.
I paid 25� and 5 hr later it was done.
I haven't a clue of the way they did it but they did itas attended.
