    Yeah this morning the 10.3.2. Update showed up on my phone. After I posted this to Verizon Facebook and Igrann page. It's July 5 and I've purchased a blackberry phone over an year ago. There has been 2 O.S. Released by blackberry since that purchase. Why is it that Verizon has not even pushed or released one of those thru its vast networks/ system. To be such so called great customer service company they have totally disenfranchised me. Dam Verizon support the phones and products you sell.

    Just got the update too on VZ. Kinda weird though. It says it's a mandatory update and it just automatically started downloading even though I have automatic updates off.

    It's happening now, and it's mandatory, because they are required by law to install the new security system on phones they sell.

    I'm getting a Z10 at the end of the week. Would one of you on this post mind checking to see if you now have the ability to preset the letters on the keyboard like you can on the PKB's?

    It would be Settings -> Shortcuts and Speed Dial and then a list of the alphabet would appear. Thanks!
