OS 10.3.2 hasn't been released via carriers other than a handful in the United States at this point. Some Canadian carriers have stated that it will be released this month, so hopefully the global roll out will occur around the same time or shortly thereafter.

I haven't got the 10.3.2 yet neither.
10.3.1.1779 Z-10 STL-1 and using Avea TR.
Any news about when they re gonna release it in Turkey?

Dont know really, called Turkcell about the issue but I guess they are not aware of the Update Certification that they do, they told me that it should be released by company first. Didnt go into an argument and just hung up. Having some sensor, and stability problems in current OTA version. Call screen comes late, when I put the phone away from my ear it does not lit for 5 second least. I dont know. ,they never happened when I first bought the phone.
