Very powerful phone that excels at mail,messaging and as phone too (of course). Very hard to use something else when you get used to the Passport.

It all depends...
I caught on within a couple hours, but became very comfortable with the Passport within a couple days.

Passport is a nice phone however I do miss watching movies on a phone due to its square design all movies/youtube is not a good experience. Other than that it's one of the best phone out there.

Yeah. I figured. I am use to mine after a couple of weeks. I wear jeans a lot and put mine in my front right pocket and I don't have any trouble.

Came from an IPhone 5 and the Passport is my first BlackBerry. Took like a week to get used to gestures and keyboard. Few weeks more to gather all the apps I was using on the Iphone or to find suitable alternatives. Now I try to use gestures on my Ipad to no avail. With the Passport I rediscovered the joy of out mailing clients and colleagues, is like having a dreadnought ready to fire.

I've been waiting for my upgrade time to roll around since the Passport hit the market last year. It finally came time so the wife and I went into a local AT&T store to touch and feel actual devices, I've been in a few times and have touched and played with the Passport so I knew exactly what to expect. I wasn't too sure about the wife, she doesn't say much for or against BlackBerry, but I know she appreciates how durable our Z10's have been for over 2 years now and actually heard her telling a friend recently how she's experienced no lag or problems with her device like many people she knows with Android and ios devices, but I wasn't sure if she'd be interested in the Passport or the Classic or if she'd want to try something else out. Well, we are both new Passport owners and I have never seen my wife more excited about a device. She's even mentioned several times how she didn't realize how much she missed the pkb. I am also amazed at how much I missed it. I love that familiar click and feel, not to mention the amazing power of this beast, it's very difficult to put this device down. this is easily the best device I've ever used.
