I have a Q10 running the official Verizon 10.2 OS. We use Comcast for our internet service and have one of their dual band routers. Every week, the wifi connection between the router and my phone stops working for days. (Interestingly, this happens with my wife's phone which is not a Blackberry, but our iPad and laptops maintain their connections as far as I can tell). When I go into my wifi settings, I see that it is continually trying to acquire an IP address but obviously without much luck. I have done all the resets on both sides which never corrects the problem. It seems just magically that my phone gets back on the wifi randomly for a day or two. Yesterday when I came home, I could not connect again. So, I copied the log pasted below. I have no experience with what is posted in these logs, but I was wondering if someone may have a suggestion as to why my phone is having problems connecting. I have put a "X" in places I thought may have sensitive information.

I overlooked an older thread saying this was an OS problem. If I turn off data services via 4G, it connects to the router right away. Turning data back on stopped wifi. However, I toggled it a few more times, and both were active. Any idea what this issue exactly is?

I also have exactly the same issue. After updating my device a week ago to current available OS by my carrier Swisscom to OS 10.3.2.440.
manually disconnecting 4g in mobile data settings helps to solve wifi drops.

Seems like a pervasive OS problem from the root.

Ugh, my problem has returned, and toggling data on and off is not fixing the problem (which also coincides with the 10.3.2 update).
