    Looks like a silent revolution.

BlackBerry has updated all spec pages for Z3 with new features.

    Source 1 - BlackBerry Z3 Specifications - BlackBerry Z3 Specs - United States
    Source 2 - BlackBerry Z3 Specifications - BlackBerry Z3 Specs - Global

It seems Z3 can now support 128 GB removable microSD memory card even with 10.2.1 !

    Has anyone tried it ?

Tried 64GB with my Z3 10.3.1.2576 (original specs stated a max of 32GB), the OS automatically downloaded exFAT drivers for the card. I guess BlackBerry decided to support downloading of the drivers with the older version of the OS. Also, it's not strictly 128GB, it will probably support any microSDXC card that will be made available in the future. Sandisk already has a 200GB microSDXC in the market.

Correct, So with the inclusion of exFat system, we will never have to worry about storage size. A 200GB Sandisk card worked in my Leap. (I don't own it was just trying it out)

Has anyone noticed that there are no thumbnails in File Manager for media files in the microSDXC card (at least with the SanDisk Extreme 64GB that I'm using)?

Everything's fine now. I did a full backup using BlackBerry Link, and restored the backup file. After the device restarted, I opened File Manager and voila, all my media files now have thumbnails :-D. A little bit of a hassle but it was worth it.
