My colleague and I have shared our respective Outlook Calanders hosted on an exchange server.

Each of us can remotely see our respective Colanders - I am using my Passport on Bes 10 and he an iPhone

IT tell me that I would not be able to view his Calender on my Blackberry (and vice versa).

    Is this correct!?

    Many thanks for your thoughts

    dualpassport,

Unfortunately that is true. I have a passport on an exchange server and not unable to see our staffs shared calendars either. Interested to hear if anyone has discovered a work around.

My It department say that there maybe additional software to add to exchange but that they are not aware of this - and could not justify the cost

This is a very obvious deficit - presumably of Microsoft's making?

This exactly. And at a cost of $20/year per license, it's pretty affordable. It's not yet available for iOS (soon, apparently), but the BB10 client works remarkably well.

This is not on Blackberry world - though the website shows in on a Passport and mentions about 10.3.2

Do you know where you obtained the software?

I have contacted the UK representative and downloaded a trail. It works very well and is very easy to set up. first looks = excellent (i have yet to be told the cost!)

My colleague with an iOS device has so far been unable to do the same!
